THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HENDERSON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE
  MADISON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 630 PM CST.

* AT 435 PM CST...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE 
  WARNED AREA. RADAR RAINFALL ESTIMATES INDICATED THAT ONE TO ONE    
  AND ONE-HALF INCHES HAD FALLEN OVER THE PAST TWO HOURS FROM        
  JACKSON TO LEXINGTON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS  
  POSSIBLE WHICH WILL WORSEN THE CURRENT SITUATION.  

* CITIES AFFECTED THROUGH 630 PM CST INCLUDE...
  WILDERSVILLE...SPRING CREEK...LEXINGTON...JACKSON...FAIRVIEW...
