THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HAYWOOD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT.

* AT 458 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS     
  HAYWOOD COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE     
  THROUGH 600 PM. OVER TWO INCHES HAS FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF THE     
  COUNTY AND ANOTHER INCH IS EXPECTED THROUGH 600 PM.

IN ADDITION...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED STREET FLOODING IN 
BROWNSVILLE. HIGHWAY 19 WAS CLOSED AND COVERED WITH WATER TO THE 
NORTH OF BROWNSVILLE.
