* AT 445 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN AN AREA 
FROM JACKSON TO BEECH BLUFF TO PINSON. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE UP 
TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN JUST EAST OF JACKSON WITHIN THE LAST 
HOUR AND A HALF. LITTLE OR NO MOVEMENT HAS OCCURRED FROM THIS 
STORM...SO FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY AND WILL CONTINUE UNTIL AFTER
