* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANDOLPH COUNTY IN EASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 400 AM CDT

* AT 150 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING 
TO FALL OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF RANDOLPH COUNTY IN THE DALTON 
AREA. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR DALTON SINCE 
MIDNIGHT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLOODING.
