* AT 339 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE 
CITY OF MEMPHIS. IN ADDTION...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED 
THREE INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR IN THE SHERWOOD FOREST SUBDIVISION 
NEAR THE UNIVERSITY OF MEMPHIS. HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 430 
PM...AND CAUSE FLOODING OF UNDERPASSES AND LOW-LYING AREAS.
