* AT 1135 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN     
  HAS FALLEN ACROSS PARTS OF DESOTO COUNTY.

IN ADDITION...DESOTO COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED SEVERAL 
ROADS CLOSED IN HORN LAKE...OLIVE BRANCH AND SOUTHAVEN DUE TO THE 
HEAVY RAIN. ADDITIONAL RAIN IS EXPECTED IN DESOTO COUNTY WHICH WILL 
ONLY ADD TO THE CURRENT FLOODING PROBLEMS.
