  CRITTENDEN COUNTY IN EASTERN ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 700 PM CDT.

* AT 502 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS CONTAINING   
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL CRITTENDEN COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS  
  WERE MOVING VERY SLOWLY EASTWARD. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES 
  OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS CENTRAL CRITTENDEN COUNTY AND AN        
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN ARE POSSIBLE.
