* UNTIL 545 PM CDT.

* AT 337 PM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER MUCH 
OF SHELBY COUNTY. OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN IN PARTS OF THE 
COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON. ROADS MAY BE UNDER WATER AND ADDITIONAL RAIN 
WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE. DRAINAGE DITCHES ARE ALREADY FULL AND 
MORE RAIN MAY PRODUCE FLOODING.
