OBION COUNTY EXTENDING SOUTHWARD TO NEAR DYERSBURG. THE HEAVY RAIN 
WAS MOVING NORTHWARD AT 20 MPH...

IN ADDTION...A TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN IN
