  NORTHERN GIBSON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 1045 AM CDT.

* AT 831 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE 
  NORTHWESTERN PART OF GIBSON COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 2 TO 3    
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AROUND KENTON IN THE LAST HOUR AND A     
  HALF.

IN ADDITION...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN THE
