* AT 755 AM CDT...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING 
ACROSS THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL. RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 4 AM CDT. SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF ROADS AND 
LOW LYING AREAS WAS REPORTED IN KENNETT. MODERATE RAIN IS EXPECTED
