THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BREWSTER COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 825 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF PANTHER
  JUNCTION.  THE THUNDERSTORM WAS STATIONARY. PERSONS TRAVELING
  ALONG HIGHWAY 385 BETWEEN PERSIMMON GAP AND PANTHER JUNCTION
  SHOULD WATCH FOR RISING WATERS AT LOW WATER CROSSINGS.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR DEPICTED A RAPIDLY WEAKENING 
THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF PERSIMMON GAP AT 10 PM. AS THIS 
THUNDERSTORM HAS MOVED NORTH AND OUT OF THE TORNILLO CREEK BASIN AND 
DECREASED IN INTENSITY... THE THREAT OF SERIOUS FLOODING HAS ENDING. 
THE THREAT OF ONLY MINOR FLOODING ALONG TORNILLO CREEK CONTINUES... 
SO THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WAS ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 10 PM CDT.
