  GLASSCOCK COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 800 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS   
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 5 MILES WEST OF GARDEN CITY ALONG
  AND ADJACENT TO HIGHWAY 158...INCLUDING MUSTANG DRAW. THE THUNDERSTORMS
  WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 5 MPH AND WILL AFFECT BIGBY CORNER
  AND SAINT LAWRENCE BETWEEN 815 AND 835 PM.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
