THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH AND WEST PECOS COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 620 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING IN THE COYANOSA AREA. MOVEMENT IS NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. 

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  COYANOSA AND SURROUNDING RURAL AREAS...INCLUDING COYANOSA DRAW.

THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN FM 1776 AND FM 1053 JUST EAST OF 
COYANOSA.  WATER MAY BE FLOWING ACROSS THESE ROADS.  ADDDITIONAL STORMS 
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP SOUTHWEST OF COYANOSA AND ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 
15 MPH TOWARD THE WARNED AREA.

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.
