  SOUTHERN PRESIDIO COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 1145 PM CDT

* AT 835 PM CDT...TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION REPORTED WATER  
  IN HOMES IN PRESIDIO...IN ADDITION TO STREET FLOODING.  AT 841 PM  
  CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN MOVING 
  INTO THE PRESIDIO AREA.    

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE
