THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STERLING VIRGINIA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HIGHLAND COUNTY IN WESTERN VIRGINIA

* UNTIL 1115 AM EDT.

* AT 815 AM RAINFALL REPORTS FROM AROUND HIGHLAND COUNTY SHOW RAINFALL
  OF ONE TO ONE AND ONE-HALF INCHES HAS FALLEN EARLY THIS MORNING.
  DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS AN AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL OVER CENTRAL WEST
  VIRGINIA THAT IS MOVING TOWARDS HIGHLAND COUNTY LATER THIS MORNING.
  AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER HIGHLAND
  COUNTY LATER THIS MORNING. THIS WILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING TO
  OCCUR  THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
