  SOUTHERN FLOYD COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 945 PM CDT

* AT 859 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF     
  FLOYDADA. THE STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO AT ANY       
  TIME.  THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
