* AT 912 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
RAIN OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN LYNN COUNTY AND OVER MOST OF GARZA 
COUNTY.

AT 900 PM THE GARZA COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED FLOODING ALONG 
HIGHWAY 380 EAST AND WEST OF POST...IN THE CITY OF POST...AND NORTH 
OF POST ALONG HIGHWAY 207. 

AT 905 PM...THE LYNN COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED WATER COVERING 
THE ROAD 2 TO 3 MILES SOUTH OF TAHOKA ALONG HIGHWAY 87. 

FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. 
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
