* AT 805 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE 
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SHALLOWATER...OR ABOUT 
  10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ABERNATHY...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE
  HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR OVER REGIONS WHICH HAVE RECEIVED 3 TO
  4 INCHES OF RAINFALL EARLIER THIS EVENING.
