THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OHIO COUNTY IN NORTHWEST KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 400 PM CST

* AT 148 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
HEAVY   RAIN OVER THE WESTERN HALF OF OHIO COUNTY. RADAR HAS 
INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH IN THE PAST TWO 
HOURS. COUNTY OFFICIALS REPORT THREE INCHES OF WATER ON PARTS OF 
WESTERN KENTUCKY PARKWAY AND MORE HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR THE 
NEXT HOUR OR SO.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE HARTFORD
