* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  EASTERN MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1030 PM CDT

* AT 821 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY   
RAIN 6 MILES SOUTH OF MARROWBONE...OR ABOUT 54 MILES EAST OF   
BOWLING GREEN...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BURKESVILLE AND TOMPKINSVILLE

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADWAYS...UNDERPASSESS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE ACTUAL DEPTH OF THE
WATER. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
