* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN ALLEN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SOUTHERN BARREN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  WESTERN MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 755 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT FROM 3 TO 4 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA...CENTERED JUST WEST 
OF THE FOUNTAIN RUN AREA. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE SPAN 
OF JUST 1 TO 2 HOURS. SMALL CREEKS AND TRIBUTARIES OF BARREN RIVER 
ARE IN THIS AREA.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADWAYS...UNDERPASSESS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

EVEN AFTER THE RAIN ENDS, THERE MAY STILL BE SIGNIFICANT RUNOFF OF 
WATER OVER LOW LYING AREAS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND.
