THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WARREN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BOWLING GREEN

* UNTIL 315 AM CDT

* AT 1212 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER WARREN COUNTY. THE AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING SLOWLY  
  SOUTHWEST. 

WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN 
OVER PARTS OF WARREN COUNTY OVER THE LAST HOUR. THE HEAVIEST 
RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING OVER SOUTHEAST WARREN COUNTY...ABOUT 5 MILES 
SOUTHEAST OF BOWLING GREEN. SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE 
TO MOVE THROUGH WARREN COUNTY...CONTAINING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. 

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADWAYS...UNDERPASSESS AND LOW LYING 
AREAS.

REPORT FLOODING TO YOUR NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. THEY WILL 
RELAY YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE IN 
LOUISVILLE.
