* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLARK COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* AT 455 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OVER WINCHESTER IN CLARK COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS WERE
  NEARLY STATIONARY OR JUST DRIFTING...ACROSS MUCH OF CLARK COUNTY.
  RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF OVER TWO INCHES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY        
  DOPPLER RADAR...WITH MORE HEAVY RAIN ON THE WAY. FLASH FLOODING
  IS LIKELY WITH THE HEAVY RAIN.
