  EASTERN BULLITT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  EASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SHELBY COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SPENCER COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

  HEAVY FROM LOUISVILLE TO SHEPHERDSVILLE...MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST 
  AT 15 TO 20 MPH. DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT RAINFALL RATES
  FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS RANGED FROM UP ONE TO ONE AND ONE HALF
  INCHES PER HOUR. 1.13 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AT THE NWS OFFICE
