* AT 405 PM EST...HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED ACROSS MUCH OF WASHINGTON
  COUNTY IN SOUTH-CENTRAL INDIANA...WHICH WILL SOON MOVE INTO
  WESTERN CLARK COUNTY OF SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA. DOPPLER RADAR
