THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  LINCOLN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT

* AT 859 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY 
  HEAVY   RAIN OVER THE NORTHERN PARTS OF LINCOLN COUNTY. THE AREA 
  IF VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL DRIFT TO THE SOUTH THIS EVENING. MORE RAIN 
  OCCURRING BEHIND THIS AREA WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND 
  STREAMS AND LOW AREAS. 
  
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED 
ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE ACTUAL DEPTH OF THE 
WATER. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER 
GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
