* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLINTON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  SOUTHERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY
  MONROE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY

* UNTIL 1100 PM CST

* AT 754 PM CST...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING OF ROADS OVER
  SOUTHERN CLINTON COUNTY OR  69 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BOWLING GREEN.

* HEAVY RAIN WAS OCCURRING ALONG AND NORTH OF THE TENNESSEE BORDER
  ACROSS MONROE...CUMBERLAND AND CLINTON COUNTIES. MORE HEAVY RAIN 
  WILL BE MOVING INTO SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE ALBANY...BURKESVILLE AND
  TOMPKINSVILLE

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE ACTUAL DEPTH OF THE
WATER. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
