THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JEFFERSON COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA
  SCOTT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 930 PM EST

* AT 725 PM EST...RADAR ETIMATED THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN          
  FELL LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS SCOTT AND              
  JEFFERSON COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA. LAW ENFORCEMENT       
  OFFICIALS REPORT FLOODING OVER MANY ROADS IN BOTH COUNTIES.        
  ALTHOUGH ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL BE MINIMAL FOR THE REMAINDER OF      
  THE EVENING...FLOODING WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

* SOME LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE MADISON AND SCOTTSBURG

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS...IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO JUDGE THE ACTUAL DEPTH OF THE
WATER. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
