  RAIN OVER NORTH CENTRAL HUMBOLDT COUNTY...OR ABOUT 13 MILES   
SOUTHWEST OF MCDERMITT...SHOWING LITTLE MOVEMENT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS THAT DRAIN 
INTO THE QUINN RIVER VALLEY WEST OF US HIGHWAY 95.
