* AT 455 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER POPLARVILLE... 
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
