THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NEW ORLEANS HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  JACKSON COUNTY IN SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI

* UNTIL 245 PM CDT

* AT 1145 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NARROW 
  BAND OF VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF JACKSON COUNTY. 
  THIS BAND OF RAIN WAS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH AT 10 MPH.

SOME COMMUNITIES WHICH MAY BE IMPACTED BY THIS BAND OF HEAVY RAIN 
INCLUDE PASCAGOULA...ORANGE GROVE...HELENA AND HURLEY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED. MOVE TO HIGHER 
GROUND. DANGEROUS FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF 
JACKSON COUNTY FOR THE NEXT 3 HOURS.
