* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RAPIDES PARISH IN CENTRAL LOUISIANA
  ALLEN PARISH IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 1115 AM CDT

* AT 815 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED   
  THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS NORTHERN ALLEN AND    
  WESTERN RAPIDES  PARISH SINCE 7 AM. AN ADDITIONAL TWO TO THREE     
  INCHES RAINFALL IS EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 1115 AM.
