* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CALCASIEU PARISH IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 400 PM CST

* AT 100 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED   
THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS SOUTHERN PORITONS OF 
CALCASIEU PARISH...WITH 2 TO 3 INCHES ACROSS LAKE CHARLES. MINOR 
FLOODING OF STREETS IS ALREADY OCCURRING. RADAR INDICATES ADDITIONAL 
RAINFALL WILL BE MOVING INTO CALCASIEU PARISH...ADDING ANOTHER 1 TO 
2 INCHES OF RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS RAPIDLY...SO DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE WHERE WATERS OF AN UNKNOWN DEPTH COVERS THE ROAD.
