* AT 814 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED   
THAT 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS SULPHUR...MOSS BLUFF...AND 
LAKE CHARLES DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS. AN ADDITIONAL 3 INCHES OF 
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH 11 AM.
