* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN GARDEN COUNTY IN THE PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 100 AM MDT...

* AT 957 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A LARGE AND NEARLY STATIONARY THUNDERSTORM 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  OSHKOSH.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE LEWELLEN AND LISCO

AT 1003 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED NEARLY 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD 
FALLEN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN GARDEN COUNTY SOUTH OF THE VILLAGE 
OF LISCO.  HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY CONTINUE OVER THE SOUTHERN THIRD 
OF GARDEN COUNTY THROUGH MIDNIGHT MDT...RESULTING IN RAINFALL TOTALS 
OF BETWEEN THREE AND SIX INCHES OVER THE AREA.

PLEASE BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHILE TRAVELING THROUGH SOUTHERN 
GARDEN COUNTY TONIGHT SINCE IT WILL BE HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE 
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED 
ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT 
STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. DO NOT 
ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED AREA.
