* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PERKINS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA...

* UNTIL 1015 AM MDT...

* AT 707 AM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS COVERING   
  MOST OF PERKINS COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE 
  ELSIE...GRAINTON...MADRID...GRANT...BRANDON...AND VENANGO...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
