* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN FLAGLER COUNTY IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA
  SOUTHERN ST. JOHNS COUNTY IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA

* UNTIL 130 AM EDT

* AT 1115 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER COASTAL SECTIONS OF FLAGLER AND SOUTHERN 
  ST. JOHNS COUNTIES FROM JUST SOUTH OF ST. AUGUSTINE TO PALM COAST.
  REPORTS OF STREET FLOODING HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE PALM COAST
  AREA...WHERE RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES 
  HAVE FALLEN IN THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1
  TO 2 INCHES IS POSSIBLE IN THE WARNING AREA.

* EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE RAPID FLOODING
  OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS
  AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING
  SPOTS.

* BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
  THE DANGERS OF ROAD AND STREAM FLOODING. DRIVE VERY CAUTIOUSLY.
  DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS AND IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY.
