  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTH CARROLLTON...OR
  ABOUT 12 MILES WEST OF WINONA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM THIS STORM...NEAR 2 INCHES...WILL CAUSE FLASH 
FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. 
ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS 
AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
