  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTHERN MOREHOUSE

  INCHES PER HOUR WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED. FLASH FLOODING OF LOW
