THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORTHERN INDIANA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ALLEN COUNTY IN INDIANA

* UNTIL 300 AM EST

* AT 1159 PM EST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH 
RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES PER HOUR CONTINUALLY 
DEVELOPING JUST WEST OF FORT WAYNE. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS 
THE FORT WAYNE METRO AREA AND FURTHER AGGRAVATE THE FLASH FLOOD 
PROBLEMS. SEVERAL ROADS ARE REPORTED IMPASSABLE. FLASH FLOODING 
ALONG SMALL STREAMS...INCLUDING SPY RUN CREEK...WILL ALSO CONTINUE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY

ROADWAY.
