* AT 559 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER NEW
  CASTLE...OR ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ANDERSON...MOVING EAST AT
  15 MPH.

* THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
