* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CLAY COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  VIGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF TERRE HAUTE

* UNTIL 145 PM EST

* AT 1045 AM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY     
  RAIN 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF TERRE HAUTE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

FLOODING HAS ALREDY CLOSED SOME ROADS IN NORTH AND WEST VIGO 
COUNTIES. NEARLY FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN JUST EAST OF TERRE 
HAUTE SINCE 700 AM.
