* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  PARKE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA
  VERMILLION COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL INDIANA

* UNTIL 830 AM EST

* AT 615 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY      
  RAIN CONTINUING ACROSS PARKE AND VERMILLION COUNTIES. THE RAINFALL
  WILL DIMINISH...HOWEVER FLASH FLOODING RUN-OFF IS EXPECTED TO      
  CONTINUE THROUGH 830 AM.
