* AT 830 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF MICHIGANTOWN...OR ABOUT 7 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF KOKOMO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
