DUE TO HIGH WATER IN PARKE COUNTY AND WATER OVER SOME COUNTY ROADS 
IN PUTNAM COUNTY. HEAVY RAINFALL WITH AMOUNTS ABOVE 2 INCHES HAVE 
ALSO BEEN REPORTED IN VERMILLION COUNTY AND IN NORTHERN MORGAN AND 
JOHNSON COUNTIES. 

ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE THE REST OF THIS MORNING AND 
AFTERNOON OVER THESE AREAS WHICH WILL FURTHER AGGRAVATE HIGH WATER 
CONDITIONS AND WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS...ROADS AND 
UNDERPASSES. FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND OTHER LOW LYING 
AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING ALSO.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. IF YOU ARE THREATENED BY RISING FLOOD WATERS MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF
UNKNOWN DEPTH.
