* AT 746 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAKE HART...OR ABOUT 23 MILES NORTH 
  OF BLOOMINGTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED
  BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN AN HOUR HAS FALLEN WITH THIS AREA
