DECATUR COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA * UNTIL 1030 PM EST * AT 822 PM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 8 MILES SOUTH OF GREENSBURG. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS SOUTHERN DECATUR COUNTY IN THE PAST HOUR. THIS WILL RESULT INFLASH FLOODING. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO SEE FLOOD WATERS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
