* AT 100 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
  INDICATE SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER SANGAMON COUNTY. ONE
  STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF SPRINGFIELD...AND ANOTHER
  WAS JUST WEST OF ROCHESTER. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MPH.
