* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  EASTERN KNOX COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS

* UNTIL 745 PM CDT

* AT 343 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN HAS FALLEN NEAR KNOXVILLE NORTHEAST TO WEST        
  JERSEY. 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED SINCE 100 PM CDT.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS STARK
  AND EASTERN KNOX COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM   
  3 TO 6 INCHES BY 500 PM. THESE RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY 
  PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING.
